Mortgage AIH3.P27Ringkas is the largest AI mortgage platform in SEA working together with property developers and helping them to channel their customers digitally to banks for a fast and efficient mortgage approval. The platform is using AI to pre-qualify customers in real-time (e-kyc, credit, capacity check) and submit one application to multiple bank partners (aggregator model). Currently the company has partnered already with 32 of the largest regional banks (OCBC, UOB, Maybank, ICBC, etc.) and is processing 1-2B USD in mortgages annually. The company is expanding into GCC, working closely with one of the largest property developers in the region.
